3. PROJECTS
DUPLEX

Reserve House

Duplex Design Development. The design of this project incorporates contemporary architectural aesthetics, whilst enhancing the special character of the (hillside state ) suburb. Locating in Flood zone require the application to go through the council. surrounding by Reserve and having one Neighbour give opportunity to design opening and balconies 3 sides of the site

Corner House 

This project is situated in The Gables. Following Stockland’s design guidelines along with DCP of area we achieved the building design and landscaping not only enhance but also preserve the area's distinct ambiance. We've integrated large full-height windows, accompanied by an internal void above the dining area, to flood the space with ample natural light.

Garden House 

The house is situated in Wahroonga. Currently, the living room suffers from low ceilings, resulting in a dark space. To address this, we plan to open up the north side of the building with expansive bifolding doors and windows to bring in more natural light. Additionally, installing a large skylight in the existing roof will further enhance the brightness in the living room.

When it comes to designing the pool and landscaping, we're capitalizing on the slope of the site. We'll create terraces that utilize the natural incline to provide ideal spots for BBQs and cozy fireplaces, maximizing the outdoor space's potential for relaxation and entertainment.

Hart’s Building

We're revitalizing a historic gem right on High Street, the lively epicentre of Maitland. Currently, the ground floor hosts a bustling cafe and OPSM shop.


DA application has been lodged to transform the second level into two units. Additionally, we're expanding the cafe and redesigning the interior to accommodate more customers. And here's the clever part: we're executing the project in stages to ensure minimal disruption to the shops during construction.


Each unit will enjoy its own private outdoor space above the extended cafe. It's all about blending the charm of yesteryears with modern practicality in the heart of Maitland!

Renovahouse Showroom 

This showroom situated in Willoughby that's all set with CDC approval. Our interior design includes crafting unique and eye-catching designs for kitchens the focal point of a home and bathrooms that span the entirety of the showroom.

In our design approach, we've thoughtfully placed furniture and greenery to make the space both functional and cozy. We've added interactive elements to amp up the fun and engagement for visitors. Plus, we've sprinkled in some cool tech features to showcase products in style.
